Dana Halden

Dana is happily married to his wife, Julie, and is a loving father to Jackson and Alivia. He is a family man first, a passionate real estate enthusiast, and avid golfer. If he’s not chasing kids, showing homes, or on the golf course, you can find him on the grill cooking for family and friends.

Being born in Montana and living his younger years in Sun Valley, Idaho, he learned to love the snow sports. He also learned what it was like to live without sunshine and eventually found his way from Boring, OR to Orange County in 2004 to pursue his dreams of playing collegiate golf.

With many years in the golf industry and a decade in technology sales as an individual contributor and leader, Dana began to pursue his calling in real estate, where his passion and skills collide. He believes trust is earned, urgency is necessary, and communication is key. Dana has been successful due to these key attributes. He is a master at creating a win/win scenario for all parties to get the job done and exceed his clients’ expectations. With personal experience purchasing and leasing multiple residential properties, as well as the ups and downs of real estate transactions, Dana leads with empathy, while achieving the best results for his clients every step of the way.

Prior to moving to South Orange County, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach and Irvine were all home throughout a 10 year period. Today, Dana and his family live in the vibrant community of Rancho Mission Viejo. They found their home here after many years of living in Ladera Ranch, where parks, pools, and amenities were critical for their young family.
