Tanetha Corbin has been passionate about real estate ever since her teen years when her mother purchased a fixer upper. In that moment she began living through and realizing the importance of real estate investing. After barely becoming an adult herself, Tanetha, decided to purchase her first residential real estate investment in Southern California and her interest in the process grew stronger. Her career started in 1997, while working in wholesale mortgage banking as an account manager, then she moved into funding, then underwriting and finally sales account executive. She then expanded her knowledge to retail loan financing and soon after decided her favorite place was in real estate sales. As a Realtor her goals include providing knowledge and understanding of the complete home buying and selling process. In additional to her primary job functions her colleagues have recognized her for her extraordinary commitment to educating each and every client. Her knowledge coupled with her team mentality approach has provided her valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations while effectively educating home buyers.
